Applications are open until Friday, May 12, to take part in the Higher Education course "Denialism and Conspiracy Theories in EU: Logic and Political Forms," an international Summer School organized as part of the Jean Monnet GOLDSTEIN European project and coordinated by Marco Solinas, researcher at the DIRPOLIS (Law, Politics, Development) Institute of the Sant'Anna School.

The course, scheduled in presence on the campus of Sant'Anna School in Pisa from June 19 to 23, is dedicated to the political uses of conspiracy. In particular, the program aims to provide an introductory overview, through lectures given by world-class experts, on strategies for analyzing, decoding and debunking some forms of political uses of denialism and conspiracy theories. Speakers include Peter Knight, professor of American Studies at the University of Manchester, Nadia Urbinati, professor of Political Theory at Columbia University, Micheal Butter, professor of American Literary and Cultural History at the University of Tübingen, Stella Levantesi, journalist and author on the topic of climate denialism, Uffa Jensen, deputy director of the Center for Research on Antisemitism at the Technische Universität Berlin, Manuela Caiani, professor of Political Science at the Scuola Normale Superiore, and Marco Solinas, Summer School coordinator.
